Brewing White Tea

Brewing White Tea

HOT TEA

You will need:

  • Spoon 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water
  • Heat filtered water up to 175° F
  • Steep your tea for 1-3 minutes

For the perfect cup of White Tea, warm filtered water to 175° F. Pour your hot water over a desired amount of loose leaf White Tea, and let it brew for 1-3 minutes.

Add desired garnishes and enjoy!

ICED TEA

You will need:

  • Spoon 2 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water
  • Follow the Hot Tea brewing instructions to brew*

For the classic iced tea, just use the hot brewing instructions, but increase the amount of loose leaf tea used, as the tea will get watered down with ice later on. Let the tea stand and cool down before adding ice, and add whatever toppings or sweeteners you feel fit.

Now ice away, and enjoy!

COLD BREW TEA

You will need:

  • Spoon 2 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water
  • Use cold filtered water and ice before serving
  • Steep your tea for 6 to 8 hours

For the super simple cold brew tea, use room temp or cold filtered water. Combine water and your calculated amount of loose leaf White Tea into a pitcher, and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. The tea will brew with time, opening new and smooth flavors, that are hidden away in hot brewing process.

Add desired amount of ice, sugar, and enjoy!
